3D Printing

In the tech world today, the needs rise for new innovative ideas in the construction industry. The 3D printing technology provides many solutions to overcome the current challenges in the industry. For faster design, reduced supply chain and logistics, reduced construction wastes, more efficient installations, the 3D printings offer numerous construction solutions. 3D printing provides the era of Robotics in the construction industry.

Stalwart has worked with some clients to develop 3D printing solutions in an initiative to adopt it for mass construction.

Modular Construction 

With the increased demand on quality construction to provide a large number of units especially for remote areas, Stalwart promotes the design and implementation of modular construction. With BIM and engineering capabilities, Stalwart has worked on lots of initiative with clients to promote the standardized structure concepts and the off-site fabrications and on-site assemblies.

Stalwart developed the concept of MEP systems modules where off-site fabrications and erection of MEP systems as ducts, pipes, and cable tray utilized to ensure the quality, testing and fast track construction of MEP systems.

The projects range from standard workers accommodation to luxurious hotels and residential units. Stalwart has developed the concept of movable hotel that clients will use and promote for different sites providing the ultimate flexibility and time savings in construction.
