Project Manager

Seeking a high caliber experienced construction project manager who is responsible for overseeing a project or number of different projects. The candidate is expected to lead the project from initiation to close out, managing main and sub contractors, working with procurement and logistic manager to track delivery of equipment and materials.

The candidate shall have a minimum of 20 years experience in the construction industry with minimum 7 years in the capacity of project manager. He shall be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines and strive to stay within budget.

Tasks and Duties

Be responsible to deliver the project in accordance to scope, time and budget.
Create a construction project management plan.
Develop and approve with the planning a detailed work breakdown structure and develop a construction schedule, with project deliverables and milestones.
Work with the commercial team to tender and request of quotations for certain project scopes and parts.
Negotiate with main contractors and subcontractors the construction contracts.
Manage procurement of construction materials, plant and equipment.
Manage and allocate resources for site logistics in coordination with the construction managers.
Create status reports for project stakeholders.
Oversee the overall progress of the project.
Oversee the payments and commercial aspects of the project.
Progress , administrative and financial reporting.
Oversee the overall health and safety standards and regulations of the project.

Design Manager

A professional Architect or Engineer with minimum 15 years of experience to manage the design of mega & prestigious projects internationally or in the middle east regions. The candidate shall have sounds on technical experience and coordinates the design process of the project from the creative pre concept stage to final Issued for Construction documents. He/she shall liaise with the client and internal teams, shall manage designers, coordinate with all disciplines to ensure the design quality, and make sure projects stay within budget and timeframes. The correct candidate shall show combination of understanding for design principles and techniques with strong management skills.

Tasks and Duties

Overseeing and managing the design process of a project, from concept to completion.
Coordinating with clients, designers, and other team members to translate the client requirements and establish design goals.
Supervising the design team, providing feedback, and monitoring the quality of the design output.
Managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively.
Resolving design problems or issues that arise during the project.
Continually reviewing and implementing improvements to the design process.
Coordinate with the client and other stakeholders to make sure all client design requirements are implemented and coordinated in the design.
Manage specialist and other sub consultants in accordance to the project requirements.
Coordinate with the project manager for design budgets, invoicing and accounts.

Business Development Manager

An ambitious & energetic Business Development Manager who can drive the new business of the company.

The Candidate shall be working closely with the CEO to identify the correct business opportunities in the market. He/She shall be responsible for building long-term relations with the prospect clients.

A candidate with an architectural or engineering degree and minimum of 10 years’ experience as Business Development manager in a reputable design/ project management or contracting company in the region shall be ideal for this position.

Tasks and Duties

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customers.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company services to new clients’ objectives.
Follow up with clients to receive RFPS and Tender inquiries.
Work with the bidding team to prepare proposals and tender responses.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Make sure to meet the company targets for sales and revenues.

Sustainability Manager

The Sustainability manager shall be responsible for managing the sustainability requirements of the project. He/ She shall provide leadership to address the energy utilization, resource conservation, waste management, water management and any other aspects of the project.

He/She shall strategize plans to meet the sustainability targets and goals of the project. The Candidate shall lead the efforts to achieve any required sustainability accreditations with the certification bodies.

Tasks and Duties

Establish the goals to reduce the environmental impact of the project.
Mange the execution of all sustainability practices and systems.
Provide recommendations on ways to improve the sustainability aspects of the project.
Have a strong understanding of sustainability concepts and applications.
Keep records of all documents for sustainability requirements.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses for sustainable strategies.
Research potential opportunities to address market needs related to sustainability.
Research the latest trends, practices and news related to sustainability.
Create training materials to support staff and lead sustainability demonstrations.
Work closely with different disciplines to support the incorporation of sustainable solutions.
Identify and analyze non-conformance issues then recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues.
Arrange, coordinate and participate in internal sustainability audits.
Develop internal and external communications plans related to sustainability efforts.
Review the submissions of sustainability consultants, contractors and suppliers.
Assist the client in project registrations and sustainability certifications.
Conduct regular sustainability audits.

Contract & Commercial Manager

The Commercial manager shall ensure commercial & contractual control and co-ordination of the efforts of all parties involved in the execution of the project. He/ She shall provide guidance to other members of the Commercial/quantity surveying team and to the Project Directors/Manager on all aspects relating to commercial activity on the project.

The candidate is expected to Lead a commercial team and work closely with operational team, managing both budget and program. He/she shall have strong commercial and contract administration backaground with at least 20 years of experience in the construction and project management industry. Ideally a chartered Quantity Surveyor or Engineer the candidate shall demonstrate high organization and excellent business communication skills.

Tasks and Duties

Strong contractual /legal background in dealing with disputes and navigating contractual terms and dispute resolution.
Contract administration skills (upstream and downstream) with strong focus on cost forecasting estimated cost to complete.
Managing sub-contract procurement and commercial terms
Commercial negotiating and settlement skills.
Quantity Surveying skills and managing material take offs.
Develop strategies to avoid disputes, with all parties downstream and upstream.
Provide commercial and contract guidance the Project Directors/Managers, as required.
Budget/ cost control management and reporting.
Managing and filing claims and variation orders.
